Source: https://maito.app/integrations/circleci

Connect the CircleCI MCP server to Maito with one sign-in, and your whole team can use it from Slack or email: “Why did the main branch build fail this morning?”

CircleCI runs your CI/CD pipelines, builds and test suites. Connect the CircleCI MCP server to Maito once, and everyone on your team can use CircleCI from Slack, by email, or from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Grok or Muse. Nobody else has to sign in.

Which tests are the flakiest in the api project this month?

Maito uses CircleCI to do the work and replies where you asked.

## How to connect CircleCI

Open Connections in your workspace and choose Connect next to CircleCI. You sign in to CircleCI in a new tab, and that's the whole setup. Name the account and choose Workspace under who can use it. That's the only time anyone signs in: your whole team, shared chats and Loops can use CircleCI from then on. Or skip ahead and ask for the work: Maito sends you a link if CircleCI isn't connected yet.

## Questions

### What is the CircleCI MCP server URL?

CircleCI Engineering publishes it at https://mcp.circleci.com/v1/mcp, and it signs in with OAuth, so there's no key to copy.

### Can I use the CircleCI MCP server from Slack?

Yes. Connect it to Maito once, then mention Maito in any Slack channel or send it a direct message. The same connection works by email and from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Grok or Muse.

### Does everyone on my team have to connect CircleCI?

No. One person connects it once and chooses Workspace. Then everyone in the workspace, shared chats and Loops can use CircleCI, without signing in themselves. Choose Only me instead to keep it to your own chats.

### Do I have to connect CircleCI before I ask?

No. If a request needs CircleCI and it isn't connected yet, your agent sends you a link. Connect it, and the work picks up where it stopped.

### Can I limit what Maito does in CircleCI?

Yes. After you connect, turn off any CircleCI tools you don't want Maito to use, such as the ones that change data. Tools CircleCI adds later stay off until you turn them on.
