## Operations is mostly chasing.

A number from finance. A status from sales. The same report rebuilt every Monday. The work itself is quick. Getting everything together isn’t.

## A report with every number’s source.

## Invoices, renewals, and follow-ups too.

Reports are one part of the job. Hand it the rest of the week as well.

Checks invoices against contracts

Forward the invoice. It flags the lines that don’t match what you agreed.

Chases missing answers

It emails people for numbers and documents, and follows up once if they’re quiet.

Prepares renewal briefs

Plan, usage, and support history for each account, before the call.

Answers new hires

Policies and how-tos your team already explained, available on day one.

Watches for changes

“Tell me when the contract is signed.” It checks and speaks up when it is.

Runs your process the same way

Save how your team does a job as a skill, and every run follows it.

## The whole company feeds the same reports.

Leaders get the numbers

The weekly picture arrives on time, with a source for every figure.

Finance stops chasing

Missing invoices and approvals are requested and followed up for them.

Support and sales feed in

Tickets, renewals, and customer notes flow into the same reports.

Anyone can ask

Everyone in the workspace can request a report or change one. No seat to buy.

## It runs on your rules.

A Loop does the same job on schedule, with the tools you allowed. You can see it, change it, or stop it whenever you like.

Approvals go to the right person

Anything that needs a yes waits for the person who decides. Only they can approve it.

Pause or change anything

Every Loop can be run now, paused, or edited, from Slack or Settings → Loops.

Follow-ups have limits

It follows up a few times at most, and stops when someone asks it to.

Outside replies aren’t orders

A reply from outside your team is information for the work, not instructions.

## Frequently asked questions.

### Do I need to know how to set up automations?

No. Describe the job in plain words, the way you’d explain it to a new hire. Maito saves it as a Loop with the schedule and destination you asked for.

### Which tools can it pull from?

The ones you connect, like HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Calendar, and your support inbox. Connections are set up once in Settings → Connections.

### What happens when a run fails?

It tells the people you chose and keeps the last good result. Fix the setting or reply in the thread, and it picks up from there.

### Can it email people outside the company?

Yes, when you ask it to. It sends from your workspace’s own address, follows up a few times at most, and stops when they ask it to.

### What does it cost?

$149 per workspace per month, for as many people as you like, with $20 in cloud credits each month. Your AI provider bills model usage separately.

## Put your AI teammate to work.

Set it up in minutes. Hand it the report you rebuild every Monday.
