## Frequently asked questions.

### Does this replace our automated tests?

No. Keep your test suite. Maito runs it on every pull request it opens, and adds what scripts miss: a click-through of the change, the way a person would do it, with a video.

### Can it sign in to our app?

Yes. Save a test account in Vault and refer to it by name, like ${STAGING\_PASSWORD}. The value never shows up in chat.

### What can it test?

A deployed URL, like staging or production, or any branch of a connected repository. For a branch, it starts your app at the exact commit first.

### Where do the videos go?

To your own private R2 or S3-compatible bucket. They’re kept for 30 days, and you can ask Maito to delete one sooner.

### What does it cost?
