To answer a security questionnaire faster, send Maito the spreadsheet in Slack or by email. It matches each row to your earlier answers and current policies in your files, fills what it can with the source, flags new questions and answers that disagree, and returns the sheet for your security lead. ## How it's done today Someone hunts through old questionnaires and docs for every row. ## What Maito does 1. Read the questionnaire 2. Match each question to past answers and policies 3. Fill what's known; flag what isn't ## Example **Dana** (2:05 PM): fill in this security questionnaire from our past answers. It's due Friday. **Maito** (2:19 PM): Attached: umbrella-health-security-filled.xlsx **172 rows.** 141 answered from our four earlier questionnaires and the security policy. 31 are flagged yellow for Ben. **Flagged:** • 14 are new questions, like customer-managed encryption keys and a pen test in the last 12 months. • 17 have answers that disagree with each other. **Catch:** our 2025 answers say we keep logs for 90 days, but the current policy in Drive says 365. I used 365 and flagged rows 58 and 61. Umbrella Health will compare this to what they sign. Nothing goes back to them until Ben signs off. **Ben** (2:48 PM): 365 is right, the 90-day answer was the old policy. From the past questionnaires and security policies you keep in Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Notion or Microsoft 365, plus what your team has told Maito. ### Does it send the questionnaire back to the customer? No. Nothing goes back until your security owner reviews the flagged rows and signs off. ### What happens when two old answers conflict?
