## How do you answer how-do-we questions from your SOPs?

To answer how-do-we questions from your SOPs, put your procedures in shared files and let Maito read them. When someone asks in Slack, it finds the right procedure and answers step by step. It names the source document, so people can check it.

The experienced colleague answers the same question again, or someone digs through old files.

## What it won't do

### What if there's no procedure for the question?

It says so instead of making up an answer, and can tell the owner that the SOP is missing.

### Does it use outdated versions?

It uses the files you point it at. Keep approved versions in that folder so it cites the current one.
