## How do you catch up on everything you missed?

To catch up on everything you missed, tell Maito the dates you were away. It reads your email and docs through connected tools, and sends one summary of what needs you, split into approvals, decisions and escalations, then what stayed quiet. It also points out items that look settled but aren't.

The rest is quiet: 2 launches shipped, 1 invoice paid late.

One you didn't ask about: the Notion roadmap now says the Q4 launch is Nov 18, not Nov 4. Nobody posted that in #general.

**Maito** (8:10 AM):

## What it won't do

It can only summarize what it's connected to, so it won't see Slack channels it wasn't mentioned in. What counts as important depends on what you've told it.

## Questions

### What can it read?

Your email, such as Gmail or Microsoft 365, and docs in Notion, Confluence or Box, connected through MCP. It reads a Slack thread only where it's mentioned.

### Does it reply for me?

No. It summarizes and drafts if you ask. Nothing is sent without you.

### Can it do this on a schedule?

Yes. A Loop can send a catch-up each morning or after a set date.
