To catch time-zone and clock-change mix-ups, set up a weekly Loop. Maito reads next week's sessions, converts them for each person's zone, finds the ones that shift when clocks change, and posts who needs a confirmation in Slack with drafts ready for you. ## How it's done today Staff convert times by hand and send ambiguous confirmations. ## What Maito does 1. Check next week's sessions against each student's time zone 2. Spot sessions that move because of a clock change 3. List who needs a confirmation 4. Draft the confirmation emails ## Example Loop run: Sunday 6:00 PM · Time-zone check **Maito** (6:00 PM): 9 sessions next week, Oct 26 to Nov 1. 2 shift because the UK changed clocks this morning and the US changes on Nov 1. • Tom O., London: Tuesday Oct 27, 11:30 AM your time. London is only 4 hours ahead this week, so it's now 3:30 PM for Tom. His usual slot is 4:30 PM London. • Aiko, Tokyo: Sunday Nov 1, 8:00 AM your time. Was 9:00 PM Tokyo, now 10:00 PM, after your clocks go back. Catch: both recurring events are stored in New York time, so the students' times moved without anyone saying. From your calendar and the booking system. **Nora** (6:08 PM): Draft emails to both asking which time they want to keep. **Maito** (6:09 PM): Drafts ready for your OK. Tom gets 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM London on Oct 27, and Aiko gets 10:00 PM or 9:00 PM Tokyo on Nov 1.
