To check product listings before they go live, point Maito at new drafts. It compares each listing with the supplier sheet and your own rules, finds mismatches in titles, sizes, colours, photos and stock, and ranks them by risk, such as an item shown in stock with none left. It fixes drafts only on request. ## How it's done today Staff notice wrong sizes, images and stock labels only after customers do. ## What Maito does 1. Compare required fields with the approved catalog 2. Find contradictions 3. Propose edits with sources 4. Wait for approval to publish ## Example Loop run: Listings published as draft · 6 products **Maito** (9:50 AM): 6 new listings checked. 4 have problems. • TS-220: title says "100% cotton," description says "60/40 blend." The supplier sheet says 60/40. Fix the title. • TS-221: size M chest is 38 in, while the same size on TS-220 is 40 in. • TS-224: the colour field says Black, but the main photo filename is navy-front.jpg. • TS-225: shows In stock with inventory 0. Catch: TS-225 would take orders you can't fill. It is scheduled to go live at noon. From the store export and the supplier sheet. I haven't published or changed anything. **Zoe** (9:58 AM): Apply the title and stock fixes. I'll check the size chart and photo. **Maito** (9:59 AM): TS-220's title now says 60/40 blend and TS-225 is set to Sold out, both as drafts. I haven't touched TS-221 or TS-224. ## How to set it up When something happens Check product listings before they go live Ask your agent “When listings are added or changed in the store, check them against our product sheet and post problems in #merch. No. It checks drafts and fixes only the ones you approve. Publishing stays with you. ### Where does it read the supplier data? From a spreadsheet such as Airtable or Microsoft 365 and from files in Google Drive, Box, Dropbox or Notion. ### Can it check before a scheduled launch? Yes.
