# Collect Interview Feedback and Summarize It

## How do you collect interview feedback?

To collect interview feedback, set up a Loop in Maito on your applicant tracker. It checks which scorecards are in, reminds the interviewers who are late, and summarizes the answers per candidate before the debrief, showing agreement, disagreement and what is still pending, so the hiring team can decide.

## Example

Loop run: Tuesday 5:30 PM · Evening interview feedback

**Maito** (5:30 PM):

Tuesday's Senior Backend Engineer interviews: 4 interviews, 3 scorecards in. I've reminded Wei.

**Hana: 3 yes, 1 pending**  
• Alex (system design): yes, though thinner on failure modes under load  
• Priya (coding): strong yes, clean tests  
• Sam (values): yes, clear communicator  
• Wei (team fit): pending

**Agreement:** everyone calls Hana's coding and communication strong.

**Concern:** system design depth, from Alex only so far. Check whether Wei's notes confirm it.

**Catch:** Priya's scorecard says "strong yes" but the comments mention a 20-minute overrun, so Wei may have had less time.

Put the debrief on Thursday at 11 and send me Wei's once it's in.

Ask your agent

“Every evening at 5:30, check Greenhouse for today's interviews. Chase anyone who hasn't filled in their scorecard, then post a summary in #hiring for the hiring manager.”

Use applicant tracker

No MCP server needed. Ask your agent to save a skill with the steps, then add the login or API key in Settings → Vault.

## What it won't do

Maito summarizes what interviewers wrote. It cannot fill in a scorecard for someone who has not submitted one, and it does not make hiring decisions.

### Who does it remind?

Only interviewers whose scorecard is still missing. It reminds them by Slack or email.

### Which tracker does it read?

It uses a skill with a login or API key in the Vault. Greenhouse, Ashby and Workable are examples.

### Does it recommend who to hire?

No. It summarizes the feedback, and the hiring team makes the decision.
