## How do you compare vendors?

To compare vendors, tell Maito what you are buying and your needs, such as headcount and countries. It researches providers on the web, collects list prices, features and contract terms, calculates the cost for your size, and attaches a spreadsheet with a recommendation and the trade-offs.

**Omar** (3:10 PM):

compare payroll providers for 40 people across the UK and US. We have 31 in the US and 9 in the UK.

Catch: 3 of the 5 only quote UK payroll through a local partner, so the price is not all in one invoice. Prices come from each vendor's pricing page today, and sales quotes will be different.
