## How do you get a daily company briefing?

To get a daily company briefing, set a morning Loop and connect your database, billing and support desk. Maito posts one message with sign-ups, revenue, failed payments and open escalations against recent averages. It also explains odd spikes, like one customer driving most sign-ups.

## Example

Loop run: Daily 8:00 AM · Company pulse

**Maito** (8:00 AM):

Pulse for Mon Oct 19.

• **Sign-ups:** 64, against a 14-day average of 51  
• **Revenue:** $12,400 collected (Stripe)  
• **Failed payments:** 3, $2,100 total  
• **Escalations:** 2 open in Intercom, one over 24 hours

Sign-ups look good but 41 of the 64 came from one domain, wonka.example. That's likely one team at Wonka Foods onboarding together, not growth. Without them, sign-ups were 23, well under the 51 average.

The oldest escalation is Initech, open 31 hours.

## What it won't do

It can only report what's in the connected tools. It highlights unusual numbers but doesn't know the business reason unless someone tells it.

### Where does the data come from?

Your database, such as BigQuery or Supabase, billing such as Stripe or PayPal, and a support desk like Intercom, Pylon, Zoho Desk, Unthread or Freshdesk.

### Where is it posted?

In the Slack channel or email you choose, at the time you set.

### Can I change what it reports?

Yes. Tell it in Slack and it updates the request for the next morning.
