## How do you draft a consulting proposal?

**Marcus** (10:02 AM):

**Closest past work:** Globex Grocers pricing review (2025, 7 weeks), Wonka Foods promo study (2024), Stark Logistics margin diagnostic (2024).  
**Price:** $186,000 fixed, from the 2026 rate card in Drive. Globex was $172,000 for 7 weeks.

**One catch:** Acme's RFP asks for two named references. The Globex engagement letter says we can't name them without written consent. Wonka's letter has no such clause.

Price is a placeholder until you set it. Want me to draft the consent request to the Globex contact?

No. It writes the draft and you send it. If you need client permission for a reference, it drafts that email for you too.
