To get early warning on lease deadlines, run a weekly Loop. Maito reads the lease PDFs in your shared folder, lists notice, renewal and rent-step dates in the next 90 days with the clause each came from, flags where an addendum and the lease disagree, and can create a review task for each. ## How it's done today Lease dates sit in a calendar, with no link to the lease or the task. ## What Maito does 1. Read dates from lease documents 2. List milestones in the next 90 days with the clause 3. Flag dates that don't agree 4. Assign each to a reviewer ## Example Loop run: Monday 8:00 AM · Weekly lease milestones **Maito** (8:00 AM): 6 lease milestones in the next 90 days. • Unit 2A (Okafor): month-to-month rollover unless notice by Oct 31, 12 days away. Lease section 12. • Unit 4B (Webb): lease ends Jan 31. Renewal offer window opens Nov 2. • Unit 7C (Initech Dental): rent step to $3,150 on Dec 1. Section 5.2. • 3 more, all after Dec 15. **Catch:** for 2A the lease says 60 days' notice, but the addendum signed Mar 3 says 90. If 90 applies, the date has already passed. I can't tell which governs, so someone should read both.
