To keep the roadmap status current, set a Loop in Maito for Friday afternoon. It compares each roadmap item in Notion, Confluence or Box with the issues in Linear, Jira or GitHub, proposes status updates, flags items with no recent work, and posts the changes in Slack for you to approve before it saves them. ## How it's done today Roadmap is out of date by the time it's shown. ## What Maito does 1. Read the roadmap items 2. Check linked tickets and PRs 3. Update status and flag slipping items ## Example Loop run: Friday 3:00 PM · Roadmap status **Maito** (3:00 PM): **Roadmap check, Oct 16** 12 items compared with Linear. 11 changes proposed, not saved yet. • 3 move to Done (Export to PDF, Audit log, Search filters) • 7 stay on track • **Bulk edit:** 14 of 22 issues done, 3 blocked on the API review. Target Oct 30, likely Nov 13 • **SSO:** no issue closed in 12 days; PR #611 has waited on review since Oct 4 **The catch:** the roadmap says Mobile app is In progress, but its Linear project has no started issues and was last touched Aug 28. I'd move it to Not started. Reply with changes or confirm. **Leo** (3:12 PM): Apply all of it but leave the Bulk edit date as Oct 30. Add a note instead. **Maito** (3:14 PM): Applied 11 changes in Notion. Bulk edit still shows Oct 30, with a note about the API review blocker. ## How to set it up On a schedule Keep the roadmap status current Ask your agent “Every Friday at 3, compare our Notion roadmap with the Linear projects, update the status of each item and flag anything slipping. Your agent sends you a link to sign in. ## What it won't do It compares status with tracker activity. A project that moves in conversations and not in the tracker will look stalled. ## Questions ### Does it change the roadmap by itself? No. It proposes changes in Slack and saves them only after you approve. ### Which tools does it connect to? Notion, Confluence or Box for the roadmap, and Linear, Jira or GitHub for the work. ### How does it spot a stalled item?
