## How do you schedule lessons without email back and forth?

To schedule lessons without email back and forth, forward lesson requests to Maito's address. It checks your calendar for open times with your lesson length and buffer, replies with three slots, tells you which one the family picks, and books it after you approve.

1.  Read the request for day and time preferences
2.  Find open slots with the right length and buffer
3.  Reply with three options
4.  Book the one they pick

Mira picked Tuesday 4:30. Book it weekly.

**Maito** (11:06 AM):

Booked Tuesday 4:30 PM weekly from Oct 27 to Dec 15, 8 lessons. Confirmation with all 8 dates sent to Mira.
