To handle a construction change order, tell Maito in Slack what the customer asked for and attach photos. It drafts the change request, lists the trades affected, checks the contract's approval rules, asks the estimator for a price, notes a hold on the affected tasks, and sends the signature request through Docusign after you approve. ## How it's done today Extra work starts from messages while scope and price are still unsettled. ## What Maito does 1. Capture the instruction and photos 2. Draft the change description 3. Pass to the estimator for pricing 4.
