## How do you price standard jobs from your price list?

To price standard jobs from your price list, give Maito the current rate table. Ask for a job in Slack and it picks the rate for the size and extras, adds surcharges that apply, and shows each line and the date of the list. It points out conditions to confirm before quoting.

**Mia** (10:22 AM):

Price a deep clean for a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,650 sq ft house with a dog, Wednesday Nov 4.

**Maito** (10:22 AM):

$385, two cleaners, about 4.5 hours.

• Deep clean, 1,501 to 2,000 sq ft: $340  
• Pet hair add-on: $45  
• Wednesday: no surcharge

From the price list updated Oct 1.

Catch: the heavy-soil rate adds $90 if the home hasn't been cleaned in over 6 months. The customer wrote "last done in spring", so ask before you quote.

**Mia** (10:25 AM):

She says 7 months. Quote it.

**Maito** (10:26 AM):

Heavy soil applies: $475 ($340 + $45 + $90), two cleaners, about 5.5 hours. Quote text is ready to send. I haven't sent it.
