To reschedule jobs when the weather turns, set up an evening Loop. Maito checks tomorrow's forecast against your jobs in Jobber, lists the ones at risk, finds open slots, drafts customer texts and a crew message, and waits for your approval. ## How it's done today The owner phones crews and customers one by one when the weather changes. ## What Maito does 1. Check the forecast against tomorrow's outdoor jobs 2. List jobs that can't run safely 3. Propose open slots for each 4. Draft customer texts and the crew message for approval ## Example Loop run: Weather forecast · Evening check **Maito** (6:00 PM): Thursday Oct 22 is at risk: 1.2 inches of rain expected from 7 AM to 3 PM, per the forecast I checked online. 6 jobs affected: • Initech lawn install, 2 crew-days • Acme Park mulching • 4 residential cleanups Open slots: Fri Oct 23 has room for 3 jobs, Mon Oct 26 for the other 3. Catch: the Initech sod arrives Thursday at 8 AM and can't be returned. It will sit on pallets over the weekend. Ask the supplier about Friday delivery. I drafted 6 customer texts and a crew message. Nothing is sent. **Kate** (6:10 PM): I'm calling it. Send the 5 residential and park texts, I'll handle Initech myself. **Maito** (6:11 PM): Sending the 5 texts now and holding Initech. Maito can't promise the weather and leaves the call to your team. ## Questions ### Does it text customers by itself? No. It drafts the texts and sends none until you approve. ### Where does the forecast come from? From a web lookup it does each evening, and it says what it checked. ### Does it check materials?
