To get a weekly list of what's late, set a Monday Loop in Maito. It checks your field service software, accounting and spreadsheets against your own rules, such as invoices over 30 days. It posts one Slack message with late jobs, invoices and quotes, each with its owner. ## How it's done today The owner opens several apps on Sunday night to find what's behind. ## What Maito does 1. Run the agreed late-work checks 2. Link each item to its record 3. Name the owner 4. Summarize what changed since last week ## Example Loop run: Monday 7:00 AM · Weekly late-work digest **Maito** (7:00 AM): 9 late items. 3 are new. **Jobs (2):** 214 Elm bathroom, 4 days over, owner Tom. Initech office pipe repair, 2 days over, owner Tom. **Invoices (4):** $6,840 over 30 days. Largest is Globex Annex at $3,200, 41 days, owner Omar. **Quotes (3):** no reply after 7 days, worth $14,900. Largest is the Wonka Foods kitchen at $9,600. Catch: the Elm job is 4 days late because it waits on a part ordered Oct 9, and its final invoice is already scheduled to go out Friday. That invoice may go before the work is done. Omar will confirm the change here. ## How to set it up On a schedule Send a weekly list of what's late Ask your agent “Every Monday at 7, post in #owners what's late: jobs not finished by the scheduled date, invoices over 30 days, and quotes with no reply after 7 days. A job finished but never marked done will still show as late. ## Questions ### Which tools does it read? Jobber, QuickBooks or Xero, and a spreadsheet in Airtable or Microsoft 365, through MCP. ### Who decides what counts as late? You do. Give it rules such as invoices over 30 days or quotes with no reply after 7 days. ### Can it show only what changed? Yes.
