## How do you review incoming NDAs faster?

To review incoming NDAs faster, set your NDA rules once and point Maito at the legal inbox. It checks each NDA for term, mutual or one-way, governing law and extra clauses like non-solicits. Standard ones are listed as matches, and unusual ones are flagged for legal with the clause and page.

## What it won't do

It only checks the rules you give it, so a clause outside those rules can pass if you never named it. It doesn't approve or sign NDAs, and a lawyer should see anything flagged.

## Questions

### Does it reply to the sender on its own?

No. It reports in the channel and waits. Replies and signatures only happen after a person on your team approves them.

### How does it know what counts as standard?

You tell it your rules, for example mutual, two-year term, Delaware law and no non-solicit. It saves them as a skill and applies them to every NDA.

### Can it check the inbox every day?

Yes. A Loop can run when new NDAs arrive or on a schedule, and post the results to a channel or by email.
