## How do you start the project when a proposal is signed?

To start the project when a proposal is signed, connect Maito to your e-signature tool, CRM, calendar and task tracker. When it sees the signature, it confirms the signed version and deposit, creates the project with tasks and an owner, and proposes kickoff times. The invite goes out after you pick one.

Catch: the CRM also has a v3 draft at $29,500 with SEO added. Hannah signed v2, so no SEO tasks were created.

**Nate** (10:15 AM):

Book Thursday at 10 and invite Hannah.

**Maito** (10:16 AM):

Invite for Thursday Oct 22, 10:00 AM sent to Hannah and you. I'll ask Hannah by email whether she wants SEO added, so we can settle v3.

## What it won't do

It follows the signed document. Changes the customer asked for but didn't sign are not in the project until someone updates it.

### Which tools does it connect?

Docusign, your CRM, your calendar and your task tracker, such as Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Trello.

### What if the CRM has a newer draft than the signed one?

It builds tasks from the signed version and flags the draft, so unsigned changes don't create work.

### Does it send the kickoff invite on its own?

No. It offers times and sends the invite after you choose.
