## How do you summarize a long agreement?

**Price:** $120,000 a year, billed quarterly. Renewal increases capped at 5%.  
**Liability:** capped at 12 months of fees ($120,000). No cap for confidentiality breaches.  
**Termination:** for cause, with 30 days to fix. Not for convenience in the first 18 months.  
**Our obligations:** 99.5% uptime. Miss it and Globex gets a 5% credit that month.

**Catch:** 90 days before Mar 2 is Dec 2, 44 days from today. If nobody acts, it renews another year at up to $126,000.

## What it won't do

A summary doesn't replace reading the clauses that matter, and it isn't legal advice. Scanned pages that are hard to read can lead to gaps, which it flags when it sees them.

### How long a contract can it read?

Long agreements of dozens of pages are fine. It cites section numbers so you can check any point in the original.

### Does it summarize only the main body?

No. It reads exhibits and schedules too, since terms like pricing clauses often sit there. It tells you where each point came from.

### Can I ask follow-up questions?

Yes. Reply in the same Slack thread or email and it answers from the same document.
