## How do you track scope creep?

To track scope creep, give Maito your signed scope and your project inbox. When a client asks for something, it compares the request to the scope, says whether it's included, and drafts a change note with cost and timing. It also counts how much extra work has built up. You decide what to send.

## What it won't do

It works from the scope document. If your agreement is vague, Maito flags the request but the judgment call is yours.

## Questions

### Where does it read the scope from?

From the signed scope or statement of work in Drive, Box, Dropbox, Notion or Microsoft 365, plus the client's emails.

### Does it reply to the client?

No. It drafts a reply and a change note, and you send them.

### Can it track repeat extra requests?

Yes. It notes earlier extras for the client and adds up the unbilled work, so you can see the pattern.
