To track subscriptions and renewals, set up a Loop in Maito. It reads recurring software charges in QuickBooks or Xero and card statements in Ramp, lists each tool with its cost and renewal date, asks owners whether they still use it, and posts upcoming renewals and cancellation deadlines in Slack. ## How it's done today Unused tools renew automatically. ## What Maito does 1. It's charged to Priya's card, and Ramp shows a second Slidewise plan on Leo's card, $1,800 a year. That looks like double paying. What's the cancellation deadline on mine? **Maito** (9:27 AM): The Slidewise invoice says 30 days notice, which passed on Oct 10. The renewal is probably locked. It asks the likely owner and records the answer. You can also tell it who owns what. ### Does it cancel anything? No. It points out the renewal and the deadline.
