To triage your inbox, set a Loop and tell Maito how you want email sorted. It reads new messages, sorts them into reply now, read later and archive, and writes drafts for easy replies. You see a short summary with the few messages that need you and a note on anything odd. ## How it's done today Important emails get buried. ## What Maito does 1. Read new email 2. Draft replies for the easy ones ## Example Loop run: Weekdays 1:00 PM · Inbox triage **Maito** (1:00 PM): 46 new emails since 8:00 AM. **Reply now (4, drafts ready)** • Hannah at Hooli: can we move Thursday's demo to Friday? Yes, you're free. • Omar: approve the $3,400 annual domain renewal. • Ravi at Acme: asks for the security questionnaire. • Claire: needs your signature by 5 PM. **Read later (12)**: 3 investor newsletters, 9 product updates. **Archived (30)**: receipts, calendar replies, alerts. Check this one: an email from Vandelay Imports sits in Read later with the subject "Quick question". The body asks you to confirm the Oct 23 contract deadline. I moved it up. Drafts are not sent. **Kate** (1:12 PM): the Vandelay one is real. Make the draft say I'll confirm by Wednesday. **Maito** (1:13 PM): Updated. The draft now says you'll confirm by Wednesday, Oct 21. It's waiting in your drafts for you to send. ## How to set it up On a schedule Triage my inbox Ask your agent “Twice a day, at 8 and 1, go through my inbox. Sort it into reply now, read later and archive. Write drafts for the easy replies, but don't send anything.” Connect email - Gmail - Microsoft 365 - Superhuman Mail Not connected yet? Your agent sends you a link to sign in. ## What it won't do It can misjudge importance for senders it hasn't seen before. Check the archived list now and then, and it never sends mail without your approval. ## Questions ### Does it send replies? No. It writes drafts and waits for you to send them or approve. ### Which email does it support? Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Superhuman Mail, connected through MCP. ### Can it archive things on its own? Only if you allow it.
