To turn an inspection report into an action list, post your notes and photos in Slack and mention Maito. It groups the findings as urgent, soon and routine, links each photo to its finding, points out related issues from earlier inspections, and creates the tasks in your task tracker once you confirm. ## How it's done today Staff manually create follow-up tasks and forget defects. ## What Maito does 1. They may be connected. Photos are linked to their findings. Source: your notes and photos only. **Rosa** (3:22 PM): raise the hall stain to urgent and create the tasks. **Maito** (3:23 PM): Hall stain is now urgent, which makes 3. 14 tasks are in the task tracker with photos, due dates and Acme Maintenance on the electrical ones. The 2A leak history is attached to the stain task. ## How to set it up When you ask Turn inspection notes into an action list Set up Nothing to set up. Ask in Slack or by email whenever you need it.
