To turn walkthrough notes into a punch list, post them in Slack and mention Maito. It creates a task for each item in your task tracker, groups them by trade, marks first the ones due before an inspection, links probable duplicates for you to confirm, and sends each trade its list with locations and photos. ## How it's done today Handwritten notes turn into scattered messages that nobody tracks to completion. ## What Maito does 1. Split the notes into tasks by location 2. Assign each to a trade 3. Collect photo proof of completion 4. Close only after inspection ## Example Loop run: None **Dana** (3:12 PM): Turn the walkthrough notes I just posted into a punch list. Items 7 (Unit 3 tub caulk) and 11 (bath caulk) are probably the same, and I've linked them for you to confirm. Each task needs a completion photo and your sign-off before it closes. **Dana** (3:20 PM): Merge 7 and 11. Send the painter his list. **Maito** (3:21 PM): Merged, now 11 tasks.
