## How do you write a competitive battlecard?

To write a competitive battlecard, ask Maito for one on a competitor. It researches their site and docs, reads your recent calls from Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Otter.ai, Read AI or Zoom, and returns a one-page card with strengths, where you win, objection answers, and corrections for claims your reps got wrong.

## Example

**Priya** (12:00 PM):

write a battle card for Globex.

**Where they win:** native Salesforce sync (came up on 6 of 11 calls) and a bigger template library.

**Objections:**  
1\. 'Globex syncs with Salesforce.' Agreed. Ask what they need synced.  
2\. 'Switching is a hassle.' We import their templates in the first call.  
3\. 'Globex is cheaper.' Not anymore: $28 per seat since Oct 14, versus our $24.

Catch: on 4 calls our reps said Globex has no Salesforce sync. It has had one since June. I corrected the talk track.

## What it won't do

Yes. Ask for a five-line version to post in a sales channel.

### Does it keep the card up to date?
