## How do you write a customer success story?

To write a customer success story, give Maito the interview transcript. It reads the whole conversation, structures the story as problem, change and result, picks the best quotes with timestamps, lists the numbers to confirm with the customer, and attaches a case study draft.

**Priya** (1:15 PM):

Numbers to confirm with Hannah before publishing:

• Close time of 9 to 5 days (18:40). Later she says 'about 5 or 6'.  
• 140 invoices a month (23:05).  
• '$40k a year saved' (31:15). She says it's Dev's estimate, so I wrote it as an estimate.

Yes, word for word with the time. Maito says if a speaker contradicts themselves, such as two different numbers.
