## How do you write a listing description?

To write a listing description, tell Maito the address and where the details sheet and photos are. Maito reads them, writes the listing in the tone you ask for plus a short social version, checks facts against public records, and flags conflicts and risky phrases for you to fix.

**Check before you post:**  
• The sheet says 4 bedrooms, but the floor plan shows the fourth room has no closet. I wrote 3 bedrooms.  
• Sheet says 1,920 sq ft; the county record says 1,840. I used the record.  
• I cut 'perfect for families', which can read as a fair-housing issue.

## What it won't do

It can't see rooms the way a person does, so check bedroom counts and square footage against the records it cites. It cuts phrases that could raise fair-housing concerns, but it isn't legal review.
