## How do you write a project brief from a client call?

Add a line that packaging is out of scope until a change note is signed. Then it's approved.

### Which call tools does it work with?

Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Otter.ai, Read AI and Zoom through MCP. It saves the brief to Drive, Box, Dropbox, Notion or Microsoft 365.

### Does it start work on its own?

No. It posts the brief for review and waits for your approval before you share it with the team.

### What about things the client only mentioned?

Maito leaves them out of the scope and lists them as flags, so you can decide whether to add them.
