# All-Hands Meeting Update Drafted From the Month

## How do you write the all-hands update?

To write the all-hands update, set a Loop a few days before the meeting. Maito asks team leads in Slack for their wins, pulls metrics from your database, and drafts a slide deck. It lists who didn't reply and flags where a team's number differs from the data.

Loop run: Nov 9 · 3 days before all-hands

**Maito** (9:00 AM):

All-hands draft is ready. Attached: all-hands-nov-12.pptx, 8 slides.

• Slides 1 to 2: October metrics from BigQuery. ARR $1.02M, 64 sign-ups a day on average.  
• Slides 3 to 7: wins from 5 team leads  
• Slide 8: what's next, including the Nov 18 launch.

New hires: Mira (design) and Jun (engineering).

Sam didn't reply to my 2 messages, so support has only the numbers.

Catch: Priya says support response time is 41 minutes. BigQuery says the median is 58. I used 58 and left Priya's figure in the speaker notes. Dana's win says 3 enterprise deals, but 2 closed.

use 58 and ask Sam for a one-line win by noon.
