How do you hold dates until a deposit is paid?

To hold dates until a deposit is paid, tell Maito the hold time and deposit rate. When a request arrives, it holds the dates, works out the deposit from your price list, drafts the request for approval, confirms the booking once billing shows payment, and releases unpaid holds.

How it's done today

Staff send payment links and check by hand who has paid.
