Everyone uses AI. Now they can use it together.
Your team works in Slack, email, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Grok. Maito is one AI teammate they all share. It knows what the team knows, asks the right people for answers, and brings back finished work.

Five people, five AIs, none of them talking.
Each person explains the company again, in their own chat, to an AI that forgets. The work ends up spread across private conversations nobody else can see. People feel faster. The team isn’t.

One teammate, wherever each person works.
Ana asks in Slack. Maya checks from Claude. Priya picks it up in Cursor. Jordan replies by email. It’s the same work, with the same answers, and nobody copies anything from one app to another.

Work with the same Maito teammate in Slack, by email, or in any AI client that supports MCP.
Ask once. Maito chases the answers.
Some work needs numbers from finance, a reply from a customer, and a sign-off from the boss. Maito asks each of them, waits, and finishes the job when they answer. No more “did you hear back?”
01
You ask once
Say what you need and who should weigh in, from Slack, email, or your AI assistant.
02
It asks around
Teammates get a DM. People outside your company get an email. Each one sees only their question.
03
It waits and follows up
Answers can take a day. If nobody replies, Maito sends a polite reminder instead of you.
04
It brings back the result
Every answer and file is saved with the work, along with who sent it.

What one person figures out, everyone gets.
Knowledge and know-how stop living in one person’s chat history.
- Explain it once
- When someone explains how renewals work, Maito remembers. The next person asks from wherever they work and gets the same answer.
- Do it the same way every time
- Save how your team does a job as a skill. Anyone can run it, from Slack, email, or their AI assistant.
- Pick up where someone left off
- The questions, answers, and files stay with the work. Nobody has to ask a teammate for the backstory.
Everyone sees where things stand.
Ask for a report every morning, every Friday, or right now. Maito sends it to Slack or email, so nobody has to chase status or call a meeting.
More people, same control.
Bringing people in doesn’t mean losing track of who decides what.
- The right person says yes
- If something needs a sign-off, Maito asks the person who decides. Nobody else can approve it for them, and if the plan changes, Maito asks again.
- Private stays private
- When Maito brings someone in, it tells them what they need to know. Your private conversation stays yours.
- Outside replies are just answers
- When someone outside your company replies, Maito uses what they said as information. Nothing in their email can tell Maito what to do.
Frequently asked questions.
A shared project lives in one app, and everyone who uses it needs a seat. Maito works in Slack, by email, and from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the other assistants your team already uses, for one price per workspace. And it does what a shared chat can’t: it asks teammates and customers for answers, waits, and finishes the work.
Not in Slack channels. Anyone in a channel with Maito can mention it and reply in its threads. To DM Maito, email it, or use it from an AI assistant, people sign in with their workspace account.
No. They only get the question meant for them. Maito follows up three times at most by default, and stops as soon as they ask it to. Their replies count as information, not instructions.
No. It keeps quiet while it works and speaks up for results, questions, decisions, or when it’s stuck.
Yes. Reply “stop” in the thread or the email. What it found so far stays saved, and you can reply “reopen” to continue.
No. It’s $149 a month per workspace, with as many people as you like.
