Good work shouldn’t wait for the one person who knows.

We’re building Maito so your company’s knowledge, decisions, and ways of working can help the whole team get things done.

Hi there,

The way companies work is changing. Not only engineering, but product, sales, support, operations, the whole business. People now work with AI agents every day, and that changes how teams work together.

Information was scattered long before AI. Decisions lived in Slack threads, docs, tickets, emails, and people’s heads. Now everyone has one more place where work happens: their own AI chat.

Most of what happens there never makes it back to the team. Someone asks an agent, copies the answer, and sends it in a DM. The next person does the same in another conversation. The work gets done, but it’s buried across dozens of private chats.

So simple questions get hard to answer. What actually works? What’s the latest version? Who decided this, and why? How should we work now? Usually one or two people know, and when they’re busy or away, everyone else waits.

I don’t think the answer is to make everyone use one tool. People can move really fast with AI, and everyone has their own stack: different agents, different tools, different ways of working. That’s good. People should work where they work best.

That’s why I started Maito. It brings that work together. It works in Slack and in the AI tools your team already uses, so whatever someone picks, the work, context, and decisions end up in one shared place. The next person doesn’t start from zero. They start from what the team already knows.

AI also changes what you can automate. So much of a business runs on small reactions: something happens, someone looks at it, decides what to do next, and does it. Before AI, you couldn’t automate that without rigid rules or a developer. Now you can describe it in plain words and let it run.

We want to help companies run fully on AI, across the whole business, with everyone working their own way and the whole team still on the same page.
