Figure it out once. Do it the same way every time.

Ask three people how you handle a refund, and you’ll get three answers. Save the right way as a skill, and Maito does it that way every time, no matter who asks.

Good work turns into a skill.

When Maito figures out how to do something well, it offers to keep the recipe. You look it over, say save, and it’s there next time.

A skill for every team.

Anything your team does more than once. A good skill holds the details only your team knows: the limits, the exceptions, and who signs off.

  • Escalations

Calms an upset customer. Up to a month of credit; anything more goes to Priya.

  • Renewal brief

Preps a renewal call from usage and tickets. Discounts over 15% need Marcus.

  • Expense check

Checks receipts against the travel policy. Hotels up to $250 a night.

  • Vendor review

Reads a contract before you sign. Anything over $10,000 a year goes to Leo.

  • New hire

Sets up a new hire’s first week. The laptop is ordered two weeks ahead.

  • Release checklist

Walks through every release the same way. Never after 3 PM on a Friday.

Everyone gets the same steps.

No more “how did you do it last time?”

  1. 01

    Just ask

Ask in plain words. Maito finds the skill that fits and follows it. No command to remember.

  2. 02

    Put it on a schedule

Add a skill to a Loop, and every run follows it. Same steps, every time.

  3. 03

    Or write it down yourself

Tell Maito how your team does something, and it turns it into a skill. It asks about anything that’s missing.

@Maito make a skill for vendor reviews. Read the contract, compare the price, flag missing security answers. Anything over $10,000 a year comes to me.

Skills get better as you go.

When Maito finds a better way, it shows you what would change and why. Say yes, and everyone gets the new version.

You see the whole change
The old steps, the new ones, and the reason, side by side.
Nothing changes without a yes
Say no, and the skill stays exactly as it was.
You can edit it yourself, too
Change the steps in Settings, or turn a skill off without deleting it.

Updated. Everyone gets version 2 from now on.

A skill is a recipe, not a key.

A skill tells Maito how to do the work. It doesn’t give Maito new access, and it doesn’t skip anyone’s sign-off.

Nothing saves itself
Maito offers. Someone on your team reads it and says save.
It can’t unlock tools
A skill never lets Maito use a tool it couldn’t already use.
Approvals still apply
If a step needs someone’s sign-off, it still goes to them.
