Your agent has its own email address.
Email Maito the way you'd email a teammate.
Every workspace agent now has its own email address. Email it a task the way you'd email a teammate, and it gets to work.
A new email starts a new conversation. Reply to keep going. Attach files, answer its questions, and get results and finished files back in the same thread. Copy teammates on the first message and they can join in too.
You'll find the address in Settings → Email, or choose Email while setting up your workspace. Maito creates it for you. There's no mail server to run and no mailbox to set up for each person.
Email works with everything else, too:
- Loops can send their reports by email. Say "email me the Monday report," or pick recipients in Settings → Loops.
- Maito can email people for you. Ask it to get the missing numbers from Alex. It sends the question, reads the reply, follows up if nobody answers, and reports back wherever you asked.
- You can manage work by replying. Reply status, stop, cancel, reopen, or retry. Approvals come with a short
approveorrejectreply.
Only verified members of your workspace can give Maito instructions. When someone outside your workspace replies, Maito treats the reply as information, not as instructions.
Slack, email, or your AI assistant: it's the same teammate everywhere, and it knows the same things your team has already told it.
