How do you answer product questions from sales and support?
To answer product questions from sales and support, have them mention Maito in Slack. It checks the code and your Notion, Confluence or Box docs, replies with a direct answer, and notes where the docs disagree with what the product does. People get an answer without waiting for a product manager.
How it's done today
PMs answer the same questions in DMs.
What Maito does

Example
@Maito Can a viewer export a report? Wonka Foods is asking.
No. Only editors and admins can export. The check is in api/reports/export.ts, which requires the editor role; a viewer gets a 403. The catch: two things will confuse the customer. • The Notion page "Roles and permissions" says viewers can export. It was last edited in March and is out of date. • If a report has a public share link, its page shows a Download CSV button to anyone, including viewers. So a viewer can get the data that way. I'd tell them viewers can't export directly, and that public links include a CSV download.
@Maito Draft a reply for Wonka Foods.
Draft for you to send: Hi Dev, viewers can't export reports; that needs an editor or admin role. If you'd like a viewer to have data access, an admin can upgrade them to editor from Settings > Members. Happy to walk through it. I haven't sent anything.

It answers from what the code does today, and marks roadmap or unclear items as unconfirmed.
