How do you sort out conflicting client feedback?
To sort out conflicting client feedback, ask Maito in Slack with the design version. It reads the comments in email and the proof file, groups them into agreed points, clashes and unclear items, and shows who said what. It then asks the lead approver to decide the clashes.
How it's done today
The project manager compares comments by hand and then asks the client who has the final say.
What Maito does
- Gather comments by version and author
- Group the ones that conflict
- List decisions needed
- Draft a note to the lead approver
Example
Loop run: None
@Maito 11 comments came in on Acme homepage v2. Which ones clash?
From 3 people over 2 emails and the proof file, 11 comments become 3 groups. Agreed (7): logo bigger, fix footer links, swap hero photo, and 4 copy fixes. Clashing (2): • Hannah wants the hero headline shorter, 6 words max. Raj wants the pricing line added to it. • Hannah wants the blue button changed to orange. Priya says keep blue for accessibility. Catch: Raj approved v1 on Oct 9, and his sign-off says the contract names Hannah as final approver. So Hannah decides. Want me to draft a short note asking her to choose on both, with the options side by side?
@Maito yes, draft it. Don't send.
Draft is in your email, titled Two choices needed on homepage v2. It's addressed to Hannah, with Raj and Priya copied. Nothing has been sent.

What it won't do
Maito can't decide which stakeholder's view wins. It surfaces the clash and leaves the call to the approver.
Questions
Email in Gmail or Microsoft 365, and files in Google Drive, Box, Dropbox or Notion, through MCP.
It can ask the lead approver to decide by email, but nothing goes out to a client that you haven't approved.
It lists both, names who asked, and asks the approver to pick one.
