How do you write follow-ups after a client meeting?
To write follow-ups after a client meeting, tell Maito once to watch for recorded calls. After each call, Maito reads the notes, drafts a recap with decisions and owners, creates the action items in your task tracker, checks dates against your plan, and posts the draft for you to send.
How it's done today
Recaps go out late or not at all.
What Maito does
- Read notes
- Draft recap
- Create tasks
Example
Loop run: Granola notes ready · Acme steering call, 45 min
Recap draft for the Acme steering call. Full email attached; here is the core. Decisions • Pricing pilot goes ahead in 12 stores. • Go-live Nov 2. Actions, created in Asana • Acme to send store list, Oct 21 (Hannah) • Northstar to share pilot design, Oct 23 (you) • Acme IT to confirm POS access, Oct 26 (Chen) • Northstar to book the Nov 2 launch check, Oct 28 (you) The catch: the notes say go-live Nov 2, but the signed plan in Drive says Nov 16. I left the date as Nov 2 and flagged it in the draft for you to confirm. Send as is, or adjust the date first?
@Maito Nov 2 was the pilot start, go-live is Nov 16. Fix the recap and I'll send it.
Fixed. Pilot starts Nov 2, go-live Nov 16. Asana task dates adjusted too.

What it won't do
It only knows what was recorded and written, so decisions made off the call are missing. You confirm every date and commitment before the recap goes out.
Questions
Granola, Fireflies, Fathom, Otter.ai, Read AI and Zoom, connected through MCP.
No. It drafts the recap and you send it. Action items go into Linear, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Trello.
It flags the conflict in the draft and asks you to confirm instead of choosing a date.
