How do you keep a contract repository up to date?

To keep a contract repository up to date, point Maito at the legal inbox and the register. When a signed contract arrives, it files it in Drive by year and counterparty, renames it consistently and adds a row with parties, dates and value. It flags oddities, like a missing page, and emails the sender.

How to set it up

What it won't do

It logs what is written in the document and can't confirm both parties actually signed. Scanned copies can leave gaps, and it flags those for a person to check.
