To get a weekly list of what's late, set a Monday Loop in Maito. It checks your field service software, accounting and spreadsheets against your own rules, such as invoices over 30 days. It posts one Slack message with late jobs, invoices and quotes, each with its owner.

The owner opens several apps on Sunday night to find what's behind.
