How do you request reviews after each finished job?
To request reviews after each finished job, connect your field service software and Twilio. When a job is marked complete, Maito waits your chosen delay, then texts the same neutral review link. It holds anyone with an open complaint, routes them to support first and reports the day's sends in Slack.
How it's done today
The owner asks only the customers they happen to remember, and not at the right time.
What Maito does
- See a job marked complete
- Check for an open complaint
- Send a neutral review invitation 2 days later
- Send unhappy replies to support
Example
Loop run: Job completed · 2 day delay
4 jobs closed Oct 17. 3 review requests sent, 1 held. • Marta Reyes, drain clearing $185. Sent. • Initech office, 2 toilets, $610. Sent. • Ed Wong, faucet, $140. Sent. • Ned Prior, water heater $1,180. Held: open complaint C-0139. Catch: Ed Wong's job was completed 6 days ago but marked complete only today, so his text went out later than your normal 2 days. Source: field service software and SMS log. I'm asking the same way for everyone: how did we do, and here is our review link. Customers with a problem are told they can reply to the text and Sam will see it.
@Maito keep Ned on hold until I've visited. Tell me if anyone replies with a problem.
Ned stays held until C-0139 closes. I'll post any reply that sounds like a problem here, with the job number.

How to set it up
- Ask your agent
“When a job is marked complete, wait 2 days, then text the customer our review link, unless they have an open complaint. Report in #reviews. Don't ask only the happy ones.”
- Connect field service software
- Jobber
- Connect SMS
- Twilio
- Use review sites
- Google Business Profile
No MCP server needed. Ask your agent to save a skill with the steps, then add the login or API key in Settings → Vault.
Not connected yet? Your agent sends you a link to sign in.
What it won't do
Maito can't control what customers write or remove a review. It only decides who gets asked.
Questions
Jobber for finished jobs and Twilio for texts. The Google Business Profile link goes into a skill.
