How do you run onboarding check-ins?
To run onboarding check-ins, set Maito to run a daily Loop. It checks each new customer's usage against your onboarding steps, finds who is stuck and why, and drafts the right nudge as an email. You get drafts in your inbox and a short summary in Slack.
How it's done today
CSMs track onboarding in a spreadsheet.
What Maito does
- Check each new customer's setup progress
- Spot who's stuck
- Draft a helpful nudge
Example
Loop run: Daily 9:00 AM · Onboarding check
3 customers haven't connected their data after 5 days. Drafts are in your Gmail. • Soylent Labs (signed Oct 12): the admin, Dev, invited 6 teammates and none accepted. • Stark Logistics (Oct 13): 2 logins, no data connected. • Pied Piper (Oct 13): connected a source on day 1, but it has failed every night since. Catch: for Soylent Labs, the problem isn't motivation. Nobody accepted the invites, which usually means their email filter blocks ours. So the draft asks Dev to allow our domain and doesn't just remind them to set up. From Amplitude and HubSpot.
@Maito shorten Soylent's and offer a 20-minute call Thursday. I'll send.
Updated in Gmail: 4 sentences, plus a call offer on Thursday at 11 AM or 3 PM. Still a draft.

What it won't do
It spots stuck customers from usage data. It can't tell why someone stopped, so its drafts ask rather than assume.
Questions
It reads usage in Amplitude, Mixpanel or PostHog and customer records in your CRM against the steps you describe.
No. Drafts land in Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Superhuman Mail for you to review and send.
It looks for a cause, such as invites blocked by a spam filter, and writes the email to fix that.
