How do you prepare a quarterly business review?
To prepare a quarterly business review, tell Maito the customer and quarter. It pulls usage, support tickets, billing and the goals from the CRM, and drafts the deck slide by slide. You get a PowerPoint-ready draft with the numbers sourced, and goals that were missed stated plainly.
How it's done today
CSMs spend hours per account pulling numbers.
What Maito does
- Pull six months of usage, tickets and billing
- Compare with the customer's goals
- Draft slides and talking points
Example
@Maito prep the QBR for Acme. The meeting is Thursday.
8 draft slides for Acme, Q2 and Q3. 1. Goals vs results: onboarding time down 22% against a 30% goal 2. Usage: weekly active users 61, up from 44 (+39%) 3. Seats: 50 paid, 41 active 4. Support: 31 tickets, 9 on the same SSO issue 5. What shipped for them 6. Open risks 7. Next quarter plan 8. Asks Catch: slide 1 misses the goal. Acme set 30% in the kickoff notes in HubSpot, and the actual figure is 22%. I wrote it plainly, with the SSO delay as the reason, since that's what the tickets show. From Amplitude, Intercom, HubSpot and Stripe. Attached: acme-qbr-q3.pptx
@Maito add a slide on the 9 unused seats. They paid $3,240 for them.
Added as slide 4, with a suggestion to move 5 seats to a new team. It's marked as a draft for you to change.

What it won't do
The deck is only as complete as the goals and notes in your CRM. Anything the customer told you on a call that wasn't recorded needs adding by you.
Questions
Usage from Amplitude, Mixpanel or PostHog, tickets from your support desk, goals from your CRM, and billing from Stripe or PayPal.
No. If a goal was missed, the slide says so with the reason the data shows.
