How do you book each customer's next recurring visit?
To book each customer's next recurring visit, set up a weekly Loop. Maito checks recurring customers in your field service software, lists who has no visit booked, proposes a date from their cadence, skips paused and ended plans, and attaches the list.
How it's done today
The office re-enters recurring jobs by hand or relies on memory.
What Maito does
- Read completed visits and each customer's cadence
- Work out the next eligible date, skipping ended or cancelled plans
- List visits missing from the schedule
- Post the proposed bookings for approval
Example
Loop run: Friday 2:00 PM · Recurring visit check
9 recurring customers have no next visit booked. 7 ready to book (cadence from the service plan): • Acme Dental, quarterly, due Nov 9: propose Tue Nov 10, 9 AM • Initech, monthly, due Oct 29: propose Thu Oct 29, 1 PM • Hooli Cafe, monthly, due Oct 30: propose Fri Oct 30, 10 AM • 4 more in the attached sheet Not proposing: • Globex Storage: plan ended Sep 30 • Wonka Foods: cancelled Oct 6 Catch: Pied Piper is on hold until Nov 15 but its plan still shows monthly. Booking would send a technician to a closed site. Attached: recurring-visits-oct16.xlsx. Dates come from the field service software.
@Maito book the 7, but move Initech to the afternoon of Oct 28.
Understood. I'll book 6 as proposed and Initech on Wed Oct 28 at 1 PM. Posting the confirmed list here once it's on the schedule.

What it won't do
It follows the cadence on the service plan. It can't know about holidays or closures that aren't recorded.
Questions
It proposes dates and attaches a sheet. Booking follows your approval.
It leaves them out and says why, so a technician isn't sent to a closed site.
