How do you prep for every meeting automatically?
To prep for every meeting automatically, set up a Loop in Maito that runs each morning. It reads your calendar, picks out external meetings, pulls each account's history from your CRM, checks recent news, and posts one short brief per meeting in Slack before your day starts.
How it's done today
Reps prep only for the meetings they remember to prep for.
What Maito does
- Each morning, list today's external meetings
- Build a brief for each
- Post them in one message
Example
Loop run: Weekdays 8:00 AM · Customer call briefs
Three customer calls today. 10:00 Globex renewal with Priya and Tom. Renews Nov 30 at $36k. They asked about SSO twice in the notes. 1:30 Initech intro with Lena. Website demo request on Oct 14, 85 people, no CRM history. New CRO since September. 4:00 Hooli check-in with Jim. Proposal stage, $52k, and the close date of Oct 15 has already passed. Catch: Hooli's call is the one to prepare for. The close date is a week old and nobody has logged an activity since Oct 9. Sources: your calendar, HubSpot, and Initech's site.
@Maito what's the story on Initech's new CRO before 1:30?
Marcus joined Sep 8 from Stark Logistics, where press coverage says he cut the number of sales tools from nine to four. Expect questions about consolidation, not features.

What it won't do
A brief is only as good as your calendar and CRM. Meetings with no company attached, such as personal-email invites, get a thinner brief.
Questions
No. It only briefs meetings with outside people. Internal meetings are skipped so the morning message stays short.
Yes. The Loop runs on a schedule you set, for example 7:30 AM on weekdays, and posts to your DM or a channel.
Maito says so in the brief and researches them on the public web instead. It does not create a CRM record unless you ask.
