How do you run a weekly pipeline review?
To run a weekly pipeline review, set up a Loop in Maito on a schedule. It reads your CRM before the meeting, compares open deals with last week, and posts a summary in Slack of which deals moved forward, which have stalled, and which are past their close date.
How it's done today
Sales lead exports the pipeline and eyeballs it before the meeting.
What Maito does
- Pull deals changed this week
- Flag deals with no activity in 14 days
- Flag close dates in the past
- Summarize by rep
Example

@Maito what was the last thing logged on Stark?
Oct 2: Marco's note that Stark's buyer asked for a revised quote. No quote is attached to the deal since.

How to set it up
- Ask your agent
“Every Monday at 9, review our HubSpot pipeline and post in #sales what moved forward, what's gone quiet and what's past its close date.”
- Connect CRM
- HubSpot

- Attio
- Pipedrive

What it won't do
The review is only as accurate as the activity your team logs. A deal worked by phone and never logged will look stalled.
Questions
By days since the last logged activity, with a threshold you set, such as 14 days. Tell Maito the rule once and it uses it every week.
Yes. The Loop can post in a sales channel or send to a manager's DM. Anyone can then mention Maito in the thread to ask about a deal.
No. It reads the CRM and reports. Stage and close date changes stay with your reps.
