Check jobs have their parts before the visit
Each afternoon, see which of tomorrow's visits don't yet have parts, so you can rebook before a truck rolls.

How do you check jobs have their parts before the visit?
To check jobs have their parts before the visit, set up a weekday Loop. Maito reads tomorrow's jobs in Jobber, compares parts lists with stock and supplier emails, lists jobs that lack parts, and suggests swaps or rebooking in Slack.
How it's done today
The technician finds out on arrival that parts are missing.
What Maito does
- List tomorrow's jobs and required parts
- Check stock and supplier confirmations in email
- Flag jobs that aren't ready
- Notify the dispatcher with options
Example
Loop run: Weekday 3:00 PM · Parts readiness
7 of 9 jobs tomorrow are ready. 2 are not. • Job 2304, Globex Storage, replace blower motor (Model B-440): supplier email at 11:12 says delivery Friday Oct 23, not Wednesday • Job 2311, Acme Dental, run capacitor 45/5: 0 in stock, none on order Options for 2304: swap with job 2309 (Hooli Cafe, no parts needed) at 1 PM and move Globex to Friday. Catch: the same capacitor is on tomorrow's list for two other jobs, and stock shows 2 on the shelf. After Acme's visit is rebooked they'd have none left. Source: the job parts lists, the inventory system and Pacific Supply's emails. I haven't contacted any customers.
@Maito swap 2304 and 2309 and order 4 capacitors.
I can't place supplier orders on my own. Here's the order email to the supplier for 4 capacitors, ready to send on your OK. The swap is drafted but unapplied in the field service software.

What it won't do
It trusts your stock counts. Parts on a truck or in someone's garage but not recorded stay invisible.
Questions
No. It reports shortages and options. Ordering stays with your team.
Yes, through Gmail or Microsoft 365, and it quotes the delivery date it found.
Yes. It warns when two jobs need the same last part.
