How do you check whether a job address is in your area?
To check whether a job address is in your area, give Maito your zone table. When an enquiry arrives it checks the address against the table and its notes, and says which zone it is in and why. It drafts a reply and holds it for you, and can set a reminder for edge cases.
How it's done today
Someone looks the address up on a map and explains travel limits by hand.
What Maito does
- Read the job address from the form
- Compare ZIP and street with the approved zone table
- Draft a truthful next step
- Send borderline cases to a person
Example
Loop run: New enquiry form
Service-area check for Daniel Reyes, 17 Quarry Rd, ZIP 98051. ZIP 98051 is Zone B on the zone table ($45 travel fee). But the table notes say addresses north of Route 9 in that ZIP are Zone C, and Quarry Rd is north of it. So this is Zone C: outside the standard area, by request only. I haven't told Daniel anything about coverage. Draft reply for Ana: "Thanks Daniel, your address is at the edge of our area. We'll confirm by tomorrow whether we can take the job."
@Maito Send that draft, and set a reminder for me tomorrow at 9.
Sent to Daniel from maito@northstar.example, copy to you. Reminder set for tomorrow, Oct 20, 9:00 AM, to decide on the Zone C job.

How to set it up
- Ask your agent
“When a new enquiry form comes in, check the job address against our service zone table. In-area addresses get tagged in the CRM. Anything borderline or outside goes to Ana in #quotes, with a draft reply for her to approve.”

What it won't do
It follows your table. If the table has gaps or old rules, the answer is only as good as the table.
Questions
In your spreadsheet, such as Airtable or Microsoft 365, or in your CRM. Maito reads the current version each time.
Not on its own. It drafts the reply and sends it after you approve.
It applies the notes in your table, like a street split, and flags it as by request when the rule says so.
